Tom Martin returned to his family’s farm in Cambridgeshire a few years ago after several years working in various different industries. As well as managing the arable side of things on the farm he’s now active in a range of farming linked organisations, including the NFU, CLA, LEAF and East of England Agricultural Society. Recently he came up with the idea for the ‘Facetime a Farmer‘ project, which links farmers with schoolchildren via facetime or skype, to feed their interest in food production.
