ThinkingCountry was set up by Ben Eagle in 2013 as a place that hosts writing broadly connected to the countryside, food, farming, sustainability and conservation. There can be a lot of disagreement and debate when it comes to the way that the countryside is managed and its future is one of the most critical discussions of our times. ThinkingCountry is a one place where these discussions can be had.
Hi Ben, thanks for introducing yourself by following our site. History and the environment are 2 integral aspects of our work, so it’s wonderful to find a likeminded writer! If you’re on facebook please visit the RAXA Collective page–we hope you like the overlap there too. See you there!
